When are classes scheduled?

Class schedule: If you are interested in a specific training module, we can arrange a private, one-on-one session at a mutually convenient time (either in person or via video call). If multiple participants are interested in the same module, we will propose a single date for the course. While the Coronavirus emergency persists, group lessons will be held via webinar.

To group the requests for individual modules, please reply to this email info@ageon.it, indicating:

  • First and last name
  • Company (optional)
  • City
  • Mobile phone number
  • Preferred days of the week to attend the course
  • Training modules of interest (indicate only the numbers from the table below)

How can I register?

Registration: always open for both in-person and online classes.

Do I need prerequisites to take the course?

Requirements: our classes are designed for everyone, there are no specific restrictions. Given the agricultural nature of the topics covered, those with a background in agricultural institutes or faculties of agriculture will naturally have an advantage in learning. However, our course content is very pragmatic, so anyone with an interest in managing soilless/hydroponic and vertical farm crops can follow along. Plus, you will have the opportunity to ask the lecturer questions during the presentation, and answers will be provided during the course itself.

How many modules do I need to take?

Training modules: there is no minimum number of modules required. For private, one-on-one lessons, you can choose the module(s) or course(s) that interest you most. If we organize courses with set dates and modules, you will still have the flexibility to select one or more modules based on your preferences.

Are there practical classes?

Practical sessions: some modules include practical exercises, which can be conducted both in person and via video conference.

Can I get training on other topics not covered in the existing modules?

Extra modules: the SITIF training offerings are continuously updated. Therefore, beyond the attached list of modules, you can request SITIF to organize thematic courses on subjects not included in our standard lesson list. SITIF will evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis and provide individual responses regarding feasibility and associated costs.
