Description

Microbiological analyzes are carried out to search for pathogens and some plant parasites.              It is possible to search for fungi, bacteria, viruses and nematodes.

A diagnostic analysis can also be performed to identify the causative agent of a symptomatology.

This type of analysis can be performed electively on portions of plants but the search for pathogens can also take place on aqueous samples and on soil / substrate samples.
