The sulfur sublimator is designed to safely and efficiently evaporate sulfur in greenhouses.
Hang the sublimator at least 1 meter below the ceiling to ensure the tunnel effect.
Connect it to the mains. Make sure it is placed flat on the ground or hung securely.
Fill the cup halfway with sulfur up to the mark inside the cup.
Overfilling will cause the unit to malfunction as the self-adjusting element will not be able to melt more sulfur.
Make sure the unit hangs straight and the cup is securely attached to the heating part.
The sublimator vaporizes less than 1 gram per hour, half a cup contains around 150 grams of sulfur, so half a cup of sulfur will last around 150 hours.
A sulfur sublimator covers an area of ​​up to 100 m2. The sulfur will melt at 119 ° and begin to evaporate.
The sublimator is designed to operate between 119 ° and 159 ° producing volumes of sulfur vapor safely.
No oxides will be released into the atmosphere, pure sulfur is totally harmless to humans or plants, an “egg” smell will be perceived, which will quickly evaporate once it is exhausted or if the doors are opened.
If an infestation is already present we recommend that you use the sulfur sublimator for a maximum of 2-4 hours per night (close all vents and doors) until the infestation has been eradicated.
If you are using the sulfur sublimator preventively, we recommend using it for about 2 hours a night, 2 or 3 times a week.
Temperature regulation is automatic and will remain so even if there are voltage fluctuations.
The effective and safe vaporization of sulfur is a complex subject.
It is important to vaporize the sulfur at the right temperature.
Always keep the bottom of the cup clean and flat to ensure good contact with the heating part.

RESIDUES

The sublimator evaporates the sulfur cleanly but this depends on the sulfur, whether it is clean or pure.
If the sulfur you are using contains impurities these will remain in the cup after evaporation, so heat them and discard the impurities from time to time.
