Founded in 1994, Ageon Srl, based in Borgo San Dalmazzo (Cuneo, Italy), is a company specializing in the supply of products and services for soilless cultivation in greenhouses.

Ageon was born from the vision of its founder, Pierfranco Silvestro, who brought together a team of professionals with extensive experience in the world of substrate cultivation, aiming to create a company capable of constantly adapting to the needs of an ever-evolving market.

Ageon embodies the experience of more than 30 years of research, innovation, and respect for environmental standards. A journey of growth that began on May 16, 1994.

The company is composed of four distinct and complementary divisions:

Ageon Srl – Commercial Division is responsible for the selection and distribution of the best products and services for modern greenhouse cultivation, following meticulous international research.
Ageon Crop Consulting provides highly qualified agronomic consultancy. It also offers analysis and support services to greenhouse growers, from the design phase through the entire production cycle, helping them maximize qualitative and quantitative yields.
Ageon Substrates Pvt Ltd Division focuses on the production of coir (coconut fiber) substrate mixtures for all crops.
Ageon Technology is dedicated to the research and development of new technological projects aimed at simplifying and modernizing procedures in state-of-the-art greenhouses.

Today, soilless cultivation has become fundamental to ensuring consistent quality and quantity of production. We can proudly state that Ageon has contributed significantly to the growth of this sector, having been a pioneer of substrate cultivation in protected environments at the time of its founding.
